daily recommended slimming factor

So if it doesn't work and you're required to exercise and diet anyway, why did they bother releasing such a product? Easy, to capitalize on a desperate market; if you've ever been overweight you'll know what it's like - you want the fat gone and you want it gone now. Companies realized said market existed, released their slimming factor xian zhi su product and marketed it as a "lose-fat-quick" scheme (similar to those get rich quick ones, huh?) - they get rich, you lose fat because their instructions are going to tell you to do diet and cardio and then when you do lose weight you're automatically convinced the pill did all the work. You tell two friends and they tell two friends; bottom line is the company makes their money and all you're doing is something that has been said for ages.

Effective weight loss plans are diet and cardio - nothing more and nothing less. To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume. If you do it properly the only thing you'll have to cut out of your diet is fast foods/junk food/sweets.

Think about it; two medium sized bananas have as much sugar as 1 KITKAT bar, plus the banana has all of the obvious benefits (more potassium, more vitamin C, more vitamin B6, etc). One medium sized orange has as much sugar as a 3 Musketeers bar and the orange takes care of 106% of your daily recommended slimming factor vitamin C. Putting it in perspective like that; it doesn't make much sense to be eating junk food does it?
